Brian Fitzpatrick, '95 was a force to be reckoned with as a defensive back for the Lancer football team having 12 career interceptions, including a single season return record of 223 yards and two touchdowns.

Brian's former coach, Brien Cullen, describes him as a very intense player with a great work ethic. "Fitzy played for two years with a hurt shoulder, he played every game. He was a tough kid."

Brian had a single game high of 108 yards in interception return yards and holds the second longest return for a touchdown of 80 yards. He was named a 1994 CoSIDA First Team All-American defensive back and was also selected All New England 151 Team by the New England Sports Writers Association in 1994.

He was selected as the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) and New England Football Conference (NEFC) Defensive Player of the Week several times and was also selected to the first team all conference defensive team.

Brian is currently employed as an account coordinator at Modem Media in Norwalk, CT.
