Paul King begins his third season on the sidelines as an assistant coach for the Worcester State University men’s basketball team.  During his time with the Lancers, King has proven to be an invaluable asset to the coaching staff.

Coach King came to the Lancers with several years of experience as a coach. For four years, King was the freshman coach and an assistant varsity coach at Blackstone Valley Tech. He was also the junior varsity coach and assistant varsity coach at Millbury High School for three years. Additionally, Coach King was the head AAU coach for the Southern New England Basketball Club for five years leading the teams to several state championship victories. Most recently in his victory belt, Coach King led teams to win the Massachusetts AAU 14 and under State Championship in 2016, the 9^th Grade Zero Gravity Division III Massachusetts State Championship in 2016, and the 8^th Grade Zero Gravity DIII Massachusetts State Championship in 2015.
