With the win, the Lancers advance to 4-7-3 overall and 2-4-2 in the conference. The Falcons drop to 7-6-1 and 4-3-1 in the MASCAC.

With the win the Lancers improve to 4-7-3 and 2-4-2 in the MASCAC. The Rams are now 1-12 overall and 0-8 in league play.
