Title: Volunteer Assistant Coach

Kyle Cordaro joins the Lancers women’s lacrosse coaching staff for the 2018 season as a Volunteer Assistant. Cordaro played four years of collegiate lacrosse as a goalie for Sacred Heart University and Mount Ida College. At Mount Ida Cordaro made the switch from goalie to attack his sophomore year, netting 16 goals and helped his team to a GNAC Championship. As a goalie Cordaro’s career was highlighted by his senior year play. Cordaro finished his senior year ranked 5th in all of Division III with a save percentage of 64.6%, recording 197 saves in 16 games. He was named to the 2014 New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Academic All-Region Team, a first in program history for Mount Ida College.

Cordaro graduated from Mount Ida College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He currently works as a Campus Police Officer at Worcester State University. Cordaro is heavily involved in the Worcester State community. He volunteers at many community engagement events run by the Worcester State University Police Department.
