WORCESTER, Mass. – The Worcester State University women’s cross country team has been recognized by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for their academic accomplishments in the fall 2015 semester.
WORCESTER, Mass. – Three Worcester State University student-athletes earned player of the week awards for the week of Nov. 9-15 as named by the Massachusetts State Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Monday afternoon.
WATERFORD, Conn. – The Worcester State University women’s cross country team concluded their 2015 season with a 6k race at Harkness Park in Waterford, Conn. For the NCAA Division III New England Region Cross Country Championship. The Lancers placed 33rd out of 60 teams total at the meet.

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) held the 2015 Division III Cross Country Championships on Saturday (Nov. 7), hosted by Williams College, with Tufts University taking the women’s team title on the 6k course at Mt. Greylock Cross Country Course.

PAXTON, Mass. – The Worcester State women’s cross country team finished third in the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Championships at Moore State Park on Saturday as Worcester State’s freshman Mia Rogers (North Dighton, Mass.) and freshman Laura DelleChiaie (Haverhill, Mass.) were the first freshman runners at the meet to cross the finish line.

PAXTON, Mass. – The Worcester State University women's cross country team finished in second place overall out of 6 teams in the 5K Worcester City Meet Saturday morning at Moore State Park. WPI took another title since the meet started in 1987.
WORCESTER, Mass. – Four Worcester State University student-athletes were recognized with player of the week and rookie of the week awards for the week of 9/14-9/20, as named by the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) and the Little East Conference (LEC) Monday afternoon.
DARTMOUTH, Mass. – The women’s cross country team placed 19th out of 42 teams at the UMass Dartmouth Shriners Invitational Saturday afternoon, as Laura DelleChiaie (Haverhill, Mass.) ran the race with a 19:44.76 time – the fastest time ever ran by a freshman at Worcester State on the UMass-Dartmouth 5K course. She is currently stands as Worcester State’s second-fastest runner at this course.
WESTFIELD, Mass. – Three Worcester State University student-athletes were recognized with player of the week and rookie of the week awards for the week of 9/7-9/13, as named by the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Monday afternoon. Two additional student-athletes were noted on the weekly honor roll.
BIDDEFORD, Maine – The Worcester State University women’s cross country team finished fourth place overall out of 14 teams in the 5K University of New England Invitational Saturday morning at Rotary Park.
