Cardio Cycling Dance Mind Body Specialty

Cardio - Get that heart pumping while you get a total body workout!

Cardio Fusion Get ready to move with this fun and effective cardio/toning workout that sculpts your body from top to bottom. This whole body conditioning class will use your bodyweight, dumbbells, bands, tubes, exercise balls and body bars as resistance tools. Always different, always fun with this boredom buster workout/class. 
Cardio Sport The ‘Workout of Sports’! If you love sports THIS is the exercise program for you! This high energy, music driven, 45-50 minute class is never the same thing twice, making you feel like you are back in the game, while getting you into the best shape of your life! Participating in Cardio Sport classes will significantly improve your cardiovascular, strength and agility, making your body a comprehensively trained, efficient unit that looks and feels amazing! Join the team that gets results and train with Cardio Sport!
High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) Nothing but some hard work in this class. You will focus on testing your strength and muscular endurance and push yourself through a wide variety of exercises and movements. Bringing a towel and a water bottle is highly recommended. If you want a REAL challenge, then this class is for you! 
Total Body Tabata

Get ready for an intense 20 seconds of full out effort, with 10 seconds of recovery- for 8 rounds per exercise/body part/etc (4 minutes total). You should bring a towel for this one as by the end you'll need to clean up the floor under you ;)!

Cycling - Join us for some pedal pushing fun with great playlists!

Cycle Barre 

Combining a total lower body workout and some pedal pushing cardio- focusing on the legs, core, and more. Challenge yourself here!

Cycle Core

Combine your cardio and core-strength workout! This class is a fat burning cardio ride, mixed with a core-strength workout. 

CycleFit 

A cycling workout that utilizes an adjustable stationary bicycle to take the participants up hills around bends and travel the flats to music and guided imagery. Towels and water bottles are required. (Express 30 min)

H.I.I.T. CycleFit

This High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) CycleFit class will help you achieve fast results. These shorter, high intense cycling simluated workout pushes your body to burn calories lasting for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. Water and a towel are required!

Pump & Pedal  Combine your cardio and strength workout! This class is a fat burning cardio ride, mixed with a total body strength workout. 

Dance - Get ready to move and groove to the beat!

Hip Hop Dance Get fit with the latest dance moves in a hi-energy class. We'll get your body moving to exciting dance combinations, while getting a great workout! 
Just Dance Just Dance is a dance-inspired fitness class that allows you to let loose and dance to familiar songs from many different musical genres, including Hip Hop, Pop and more while getting a total body work out. Don’t worry about getting everything right…Just Dance!
Line Dancing Work up a good sweat while working the mind and body as you prepare a full line dance. This class will teach you the basics of line dancing as well as the newer and more established line dances being done. Have fun, learn new dances- optional yee-haw's! (please- athletic footwear only)
ZUMBA® Ditch the workout, join the party! This program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. ZUMBA® Step Those who are looking to feel the burn, baby! Looking to strengthen and tone your legs and glutes? Step right up. We combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba® brings to the dance-floor.
ZUMBA® Toning Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast. In this fun dance-fitness class you'll use light hand weights while grooving to Latin, Pop, EDM, and other International Rhythms. Blast calories while toning up and building strength, endurance, and confidence. Join the party!

Mind & Body - Join us for a guided and centered experience!

CIRCL Mobility™ Release. Restore. Renew. Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises. From ZUMBA® family. 
DDPYoga DDPYoga (DDPY) is not "traditional" yoga; rather, it combines traditional yoga positions with calisthenics, sports rehab therapy and dynamic resistance. The result is a low impact, high cardio workout. With plenty of modifications to make it easier or more challenging, DDPY meets students at their particular fitness and ability level. For more DDPY check it out here!
MindBody Fitness This class draws from the traditions of yoga and pilates to build strength, flexibility and balance in the body while cultivating a centered and calm presence in the mind. With conscious awareness to the breath, the class begins with a centering practice,moves to a series of movements, flows and poses then finishes with a restorative closing for bodymind harmony. A great holistic self-care practice for anyone after a busy, hectic day.
Mindfulness Meditation/ Rejunevation Mindfulness Meditation is the practice of focusing your mind on the present moment and non-judgmentally. This class is introductory and offers a brief taste of mindfulness meditation and is a good place to start if you are new to MM. Participants will experience and get acquainted with MM through guided practices.
Meditation for Beginners Rooted in the timeless wisdom of yogic sciences, "Isha Kriya" guided meditation technique is a simple yet powerful practice. Just 12-18 minutes of daily practice brings health, dynamism, peace and well being - helping each individual to create life according to their own wish and vision.
Power Yoga Power yoga incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence) but gives each teacher the flexibility to teach any poses in any order, making every class different. There is an emphasis on strength and flexibility.
Yoga This revitalizing workout will combine both yoga postures and strength training. This efficient and unique combination of strength training and yoga provides cardio, works the core, challenges the balance, and sculpts a strong lean body.
Flow Yoga & Wake Up Yoga Beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level.Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably.This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level.
Yoga Tone Yoga Tone is a full-body, strength-focused class that includes weight resistance, cardio bursts, and yoga flows. This class will help you tone your muscles, improve balance, and center your mind. No previous yoga experience is necessary! 

 

Specialty - Get ready to challenge yourself in these new and specialized formats!

BOSU Body Abs Time to break out the BOSU's and have a blast. The entire workout will encompass the BOSU, get ready to have your balance, coordination and mind be challenged in this workout!
Butt & Gut Feel the burn! This challenging class will help you tone up your core, giving you that advantage of gaining fantastic feeling of confidence and results.
Chandler Circuit Challenge Accept Chandlers Challenge! This is a fast-paced class in which you'll do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. This will give attention to all major muscles and trigger a tabata like effect activating both fast and slow twitch muscle fibers. You will be sure to sweat!
hardCORE Designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility. May include a variety of equipment in this great workout.
Kickboxing An amazing aerobic experience that will utilize martial arts based kickboxing techniques to increase muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, and balance. No prior martial arts experience necessary. 
Pink Gloves Boxing© With Pink Gloves Boxing© (PGB) you’ll take your workout to the next level, physically AND mentally! This small group fitness program empowers those who identify as women, fosters relationships, and works for all levels of fitness. It is structured similar to martial arts, where members level up, learning new skills and earning new gear. Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.)

In collaboration with University Police,  this class will develop and enhance the options of self defense so they may become viable considerations to the woman who is attacked. The R.A.D. program is not a traditional self-defense course. It fills a long standing void in personal defense training by enabling a person who identifies as female to quickly learn a set of cognitive and physical skills that will be beneficial for the years to come. It is encouraged to attend as many classes as you can from the first class in order to gain the full KSA's available. (KSA's= Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

Women's Only Self-Defense, including those who identify as women.

Self Defense All human beings have a fundamental right to be safe thus the overall goal is to reduce victimization through informed decision making and sensible action. This class will have a brief discussion on crime prevention, learning and practicing self-defense skills and Adrenaline Stress Conditioning through scenario training.

Strength - Join us for some total body strengthening with equipment use!

Barbell Strength Strength training doesn’t have to be complicated. Using the best tool you can, the barbell,  for this total body strength-building class. We welcome beginner(s) and the daily lifter(s) as we help you master the basic lifts and help you burn those calories, with proven techniques to activate muscle groups effectively. 
Barre Fusion Barre efficiently blends Pilates with dance, cardio and strength training specifically challenging arms, legs and core to strengthen and lengthen the body. No dance experience or tutus required! 
Boot Camp/ H.I.I.T. Drop and give me 10! Increase your stamina and muscle strength with this intense, high energy workout. This class will consist of toning exercises, hard-core calisthenics, and powerful moves that will get your heart pumping and sculpt your entire body.
Core Burn/Core & More This class is Core Conditioning to the MAX! Get in all the best parts of Core Conditioning plus a little MORE by elevating your heart rate and alternating to your major muscle groups when your core has had enough.
Ask a Trainer/ Fitness Orientation/ Assessments Drop in with your questions about the equipment, workout plan or other fitness related questions. Assessments like % body fat, vertical jump, and other performance related assessments can be completed. Dress for light activity. 
Open Strength Open Strength will provide you the opportunity to complete your strength, stability, and mobility workouts in a more welcoming and private space. Equipment will be available for use. Instruction will not be provided, but a WOD (workout of the day) will be. A personal trainer might be on-site for any questions or needs in the space. The class is an open class to anyone.
Pilates Learn and practice the movements of Pilates that develop your core and bring stability to your body to improve posture, strength & flexibility. Your Pilates practice will inform and improve all other movement in your life from simple daily activities (e.g. driving, sitting, walking) to sports and other fitness endeavors. Leave this class feeling taller and stronger. Modifications will be given for varying skill levels. 
PiYo®  PIYO®  is a unique blend of strength training and core conditioning – a perfect combination of Pilates and Yoga set to vibrant music. It is all about energy, power and rhythm. This is unlike anything you’ve ever done before. If there is one class that can change your body – THIS IS IT! 
POUND® Come let your inner rock start out! This fast past, high energy class will get your body moving and sweating by using Ripstrix which are light weighted drum sticks, and drumming to the beat of the music! 
Pump & Sculpt Get ready to sweat with this fun and effective fat-burning and toning workout that sculpts your body from top to bottom in 55 minutes. This whole body conditioning class will use dumbbells, bands, tubes, exercise balls and body bars as resistance tools.
STRONG Nation™

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG Nation™ instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
