Brittany Rende began her time as the intramural coordinator and assistant sports information director in the fall of 2018. Rende came to Worcester after spending six years as the assistant director of recreation services at MASCAC competitor Fitchburg State University.

Rende has been involved with the National Intramural and Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) since 2014, when she was a member of the Regional Host Committee. She served on NIRSA's Brand Management Committee for the Championship Series in 2015 and 2016 as well as the Springfield Regional Flag Football Brand Management Committee in 2016.

Also while at Fitchburg State, Rende served as a Rape Aggresion Defense (RAD) instructor, a Title IX Administrative Investigator, and an advisor for Alpha Sigma Tau and Alpha Chi Omega.

Rende received her bachelor's degree in international relations and history in 2012 from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va. In 2019, she completed her Master of Education degree at Fitchburg State.
