Appeared in and started all 23 games for the Lancers...tallied three goals and 10 assists on the season for 16 points...recorded a goal and an assist in the LEC Championship Game, a 6-0 win over Keene State...selected to the LEC's First Team All-Conference...named to the LEC and MASCAC All-Academic Teams and NFHCA National Academic Squad

As a Sophomore:
Played and started in 21 games for the Lancers...scored three goals and recorded three assists...scored her first collegiate goal in a win over Framingham State on September 21

As a Freshman:
Started all 19 games for the Lancers...recorded one shot on the season...led the Lancers with three defensive saves...named to the MASCAC All-Academic Team

Personal:
Sarah was born in Worcester, Mass...is majoring in nursing at Worcester State...the daughter of Stephen and Lori Duff...has two younger sisters, Carly and Jenna...father Stephen played football at Northeastern University, and sister Carly is also a member of the Worcester State field hockey team...favorite spot on campus: Wellness Center...chose Worcester State for the nursing program and the competitive Division III field hockey program...works at the UMass Memorial Medical Center in the cardiovascular intensive care unit

Sarah is a 2017 graduate of Quaboag Regional High School in Warren, Mass...competed in six years of varsity softball and field hockey, four years of varsity basketball, and two years of varsity track & field for the Cougars...one-time recipient of Worcester Telegram & Gazette Athlete of the Month...a Worcester Telegram & Gazette First Team All-Star four times and a two-time Second Team selection...named to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette Super Team and was selected to the Best of 60 All-Star Team...two-time team captain and team MVP for her field hockey team...holds her school's record for most single season (26) and career (64) assists
