    Boston, MA --- Junior Kara Antrim placed eighth to earn All-ECAC honors with a time of 3:07.15 in the 1000 meter run to help the Worcester State womens indoor track and field team finish with tie in 48th on the second day of the ECAC Championships hosted by Tufts.
  • Kralian Helps Lancers take 18th at New England Division III Regionals

    Brunswick, ME --- Freshman Mara Kralian clocked fifth in the 55 meter dash as she continued her impressive season to help lead the Worcester State women’s indoor track team to a 18th place finish at the New England Division III regionals hosted by Bowdoin.
  • Mens and Women's Indoor Track Teams Look for Good Showing at New England Division III Regionals

    Worcester, MA --- This weekend is the New England Division III regional’s where both indoor track teams will have a good showing for the postseason in representing both the MASCAC and Worcester State College. The women will be traveling to Bowdoin while the men’s meet is at MIT.
  • Women Take Second at MASCAC Championships

    Gorham, ME --- Sophomore Andrea Ouellette took home titles in the triple jump (10.96m) and the 55 meter high hurdles (9.40) to help lead the Women’s Indoor Track and Field team to a second place finish at the MASCAC Championships while the team also finished in fourth in the New England Alliance standings.
  • Ouellette, Stahelski Selected MASCAC Track-Field Athletes of the Week

    Worcester, MA --- Sophomore classmates Andrea Ouellette and RJ Stahelski have been named MASCAC Track and Field Athletes for their performances at the Tartan Invitational this past weekend. Junior Jim Macera and freshman Sarah Rafferty were also tabbed to the honor roll for their accomplishments.
  • Women's Indoor Track Takes Sixth at Tartan Invitational

    Northampton, MA --- The 4x200 relay team of freshmen Sarah Rafferty, Mara Kralian and Kristina Lisacki along with sophomore Becky Galipeau took third (1:52.42) and qualified for the ECAC’s as the Women’s Indoor Track team placed sixth at the Tartan Invitational on Saturday afternoon. The meet featured five new qualifiers for the postseason as this was the final tune-up before the conference championships next weekend.

    Norton, MA --- Freshman Mara Kralian and sophomore Andrea Ouellette each earned a tickets to the New England Division III Regionals as they helped lead the Women’s Indoor Track and Field team to a second place finish at the Wheaton Invitational on Saturday afternoon.
  • Bisbee and Johnson Honored as MASCAC Track Athletes of the Week

    Worcester, MA --- Sophomore Christina Bisbee and senior Mark Johnson have each been named MASCAC Track Athletes of the Week after their performances this past weekend at the Cardinal Invitational hosted by Wesleyan University. The accolade marked the second straight time this season that Johnson has been selected.
  • Bisbee and Kralian Qualify for Division III New England Regionals at Cardinal Invitational

    Middletown, CT --- Sophomore hurler Christina Bisbee notched third with a throw of 40-01.25 in the weight throw to qualify for the New England Division III Regionals to help lead the Women’s Indoor Track and Field team this past Saturday at the Cardinal Invitational hosted by Wesleyan University.

    Worcester, MA --- Senior Mark Johnson and sophomore Andrea Ouellette have each been named MASCAC Track Athletes of the Week after their performances this past weekend at the Tufts Invitational.
  • Women's Indoor Track Finishes Fourth at Tufts Invitational

    Medford, MA --- Sophomore sprinter Sarah Rafferty finished sixth in the 55 meter dash (7.68) and ninth in the 200 (27.89) to help the Worcester State Women’s Indoor Track team to place fourth overall with 55 points at the Tufts Invitational this past weekend. 12 teammates added top ten finishes as the team competed in their first meet after the winter break.
  • Withington, Antrim Lead Lancers at Harvard Invitational

    Cambridge, MA --- Freshman Maura Withington placed seventh in the 500 meter dash (1:26.27) and the 3,000 (11:09.26) as the Worcester State Women’s Indoor Track team competed at the Harvard Invitational. Junior Kara Antrim also notched 14th in the 800 (2:24.59) to qualify for the Division III Regionals.
  • Four Qualify for New England Regionals At Smith

    Northampton, MA --- Freshman Sarah Rafferty along with sophomore’s Kara Antrim and Andrea Ouellette each punched their tickets for the NCAA Division III Regional’s at the Smith Invitational. The competition featured all divisions in a non scoring meet to kick off the beginning of the women’s indoor track season.
