Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Women’s Lacrosse team has claimed another MASCAC weekly honor as first year Madigan Kelley (Bourne, MA) claimed her third MASCAC Rookie of the Week honor of the season.
Kelley netted two goals and an assist with five draw controls and two ground balls in a 1-1 week for the Lancers. Tallied two goals with two draws and a ground ball in the 18-7 win over Fitchburg State. Added an assist with three draws and a ground ball in the 20-11 setback to Framingham State. On the season, Kelley has recorded 14 goals and 13 assists for 27 points, nabbing 23 ground balls and 50 draw controls.
Worcester returns to action tomorrow as they host Salem State in the MASCAC Quarterfinals, with game time set for 6pm.
