Fit is a feeling, not an image.
Pink Gloves Boxing© This small group fitness program empowers those who identify as women*, fosters relationships, and works for all levels of fitness. It is structured similar to martial arts, where members level up (each semester), learning new skills and earning new gear along the way. The program/classes focus will be with the 3 tools of empowerment; Fun, Community and Achievement. The Pink Gloves Boxing workout is comprised of the Warm Up, Shadow Boxing, Conditioning Bouts, and the Cool Down. There is no intentional contact with other members/trainers, but rather a focus on skill development, fitness, and most of all building an empowered community. No experience necessary. *We use this term to include all who identify as women, including but not limited to transgender women and feminine-of-center individuals, as well as all non-binary and/or gender non-conforming individuals.

Although participants may already own similar equipment it is crucial that all members begin and develop together. * The fees associated are to ensure that the program and Department of Athletics and Wellness can sustain the program, mainly the equipment purchasing. Fees are processed during registration into the class(es). These class fees are in addition and/or separate from the Group Exercise class fees for Faculty/Staff. After the first two classes attended there are no refunds given.
