Worcester, MA- After shutting out the Framingham State Rams last Friday in the MASCAC semifinals, Worcester State Women's Ice Hockey's senior Kelsey Czerniawski (Chicopee, MA) was again tapped as the MASCAC Goalie of the Week.
Worcester, MA- In the second season of the MASCAC Women’s Ice Hockey Championship, the #1 Worcester State Women’s Ice Hockey team (16-9, 10-2) was again hosting a MASCAC semifinal game at the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center. Last season the Lancers fell to Rivier, who had previously defeated Framingham State in their quarterfinal meeting. This year the #5 Rams (5-20-1, 1-11) would advance to their first conference semifinals after upsetting the #4 seeded Anna Maria Wednesday night in a decisive 6-2 victory.

In their final game of the regular season the Lancers honored seniors Cailey Ryan (Acton, MA), Lea Gaspar (Chelmsford, MA), Olivia Fehl (Sergeant Bluff, IA) and Kelsey Czerniawski (Chicopee, MA) prior to the puck drop.

Worcester, MA- Looking to lock up the top seed in the MASCAC post season tournament, the Worcester State Women’s Ice Hockey team (13-8, 1-01) hosted the Anna Maria AMCATs at the DCU Center. The game was played in conjunction with the Women in Sports game day hosted by the Worcester Railers. The Lancers kicked off the game day on the rink that would be followed up by the Railers hosting Trois-Riviers.

The team also honored junior Abigail Hartley (South Hadley, MA) who was promoted to E-4 SRA and was awarded Airman of the Year for her Wing.
Westfield, MA — A total of 1,463 student-athletes have been honored by the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference with selection to the league’s Fall/Winter 2025 All-Academic team that was released earlier today by Commissioner Angela Baumann.
Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Lancers were looking for revenge in tonight’s Women’s Ice Hockey (9-8, 6-1) meeting with the Salem State Vikings. The Vikings had handed Worcester their only conference loss of the season thus far on November 22nd in a 3-0 defeat. Worcester was determined to not seed any ground to Salem State in their second attempt.
