teams into the locker room at the break.

game. The Lancers refused to go down as junior Jim
Quinlivan (Rutland, MA) hit a three-pointer with 10
seconds left to make it a five point game, but the comeback was
short lived as Colby-Sawyer hung on to post the six-point triumph.
Both teams shot well from the field as the CSC connected for 49
percent of their attempts while Worcester State shot 50 percent for
the game. Colby-Sawyer also was deadly from downtown as they went
11-for-23 (48 percent) from beyond the arc.

offensive glass. WSC also controlled the paint (38-26) and second
chance points (18-8).
Colby-Sawyer scored 18 points off of 18 WSC miscues due in large
part to 13 steals. CSC could have led by more, but shot 60 percent
from the charity stripe for the game and in the second half as they
went 14-for-23 in the final stanza.
The Chargers will play Williams at 7 PM in the championship after
the host Ephs defeated Southern Maine 93-59 earlier this evening.
