Worcester, MA- with the conclusion of the regular season the Worcester State Baseball team (23-13, 12-9) clinched the fourth seed in the MASCAC Tournament. Kicking off the action the Lancers faced Salem State (17-26, 12-9) in the First Round of the tournament, with the winner advancing to take on Bridgewater State in the double elimination quarterfinals. The Lancers claimed the regular season series 2-1 over Salem State to grab the tiebreaker for home field in today’s meeting.

Worcester, MA- After completing just 5.5 half inning yesterday before a storm rolled in, the Lancers baseball (15-6, 6-2) were ready to pause that meeting and flip focus to Framingham State (5-19, 3-6)  this afternoon to close out the series season.
