Worcester State

Gina Fegreus enters her fourth season as the head cheerleading coach at Worcester State after having been part of the coaching staff as a volunteer assistant coach for two years.

Prior to coming to Worcester State, Coach Fegreus was the head cheerleading coach at Assumption College from 1994-06. Coach Fegreus, who was responsible for starting the cheerleading program at Assumption, helped bring the squad to eight consecutive NCA National Tournaments. While developing her cheerleading program with the Greyhounds, Coach Fegreus was also responsible for recruiting, fundraising and hosting area clinics for local high schools. 

Coach Fegreus was also the head cheerleading coach at Westborough High School from 2007-09 and has experience coaching the All-Girl Open team at 5-Star Academy in North Oxford.

Coach Fegreus graduated cum laude from Assumption College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in English and minor in Psychology. She is currently an Employee Benefits Specialist at Northwestern Group Associates in Wellesley, MA.
