Bartlett Named MASCAC Pitcher of the Week for Fifth Time

Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Softball team has claimed another repeat MASCAC weekly honor as senior Emily Bartlett (Lowell, MA) was named MASCAC Pitcher of the Week for the fifth time this season.

Bartlett went 3-0 over 21 innings, throwing three complete games, allowing eight hits, an earned run with 25 strikeouts and a 0.33 ERA for the Lancers. Went the distance, only allowing three hits with 11 strikeouts in the 4-0 win over Lasell. Went seven innings, giving up one hit with seven strikeouts and three walks in the 7-0 win over Salem State.

Worcester returns to action Wednesday as they journey to Wellesley College for two, with the first pitch set for 3pm.
