Title: Assistant Coach
Bob Crane joined the coaching staff in the summer of 2022. As the programs' recruiting coordinator, Crane is responsible for delegating recruitment activities, maintaining a database of communications, and planning visits with prospective student-athletes. His other responsibilities include management of social media accounts, scouting, gameplanning, film breakdown and on-court coaching. 
 
Coach Crane coached his alma mater, The Cambridge Matignon School in the Catholic Central League. During his three-season tenure at Matignon, Crane coached and helped develop four NCAA Division III men’s basketball players and one NCAA Division II men’s basketball scholarship player. The program improved each season under Crane’s leadership and ultimately made the Massachusetts State Tournament every year. In the Spring and Summer, Crane coached the 17U Fidelity House Kings, a grassroots AAU program out of Arlington, MA.
 
Bob was a standout player at Matignon, graduating in 2012. He was a three-time Catholic Central League All-Star who won conference MVP honors as a senior. Was nominated to Boston Herald preseason dream team in 2012, and helped the team improve from 2-18 sophomore season to league champs with a 15-5 record as a junior. His senior squad went 14-6, advancing to the quarterfinals of state tournament
 
Bob currently works for the City of Cambridge and lives in Burlington.
