Each year our team completes a character assessment or work values assessment to discover their (our) greatest strengths and needs to be successful. Research shows that knowing and using your character strengths can help you: increase happiness and well-being, find meaning and purpose, boost relationships, manage stress and health, and accomplish goals.

General Recruitment Patterns

Recruitment for positions usually takes place in April for the following academic year. Depending on staffing levels and graduating staff, there can be opportunities that arise in November for the following spring semester.

Why I like working here: I like working at the Wellness Center because it keeps me involved with campus life, especially since I have lived off campus for a large amount of my time here!
