Alexis George Named MASCAC Player of the WeekFebruary 17, 2009Worcester, MA --- Sophomore guard Alexis George has been selected Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Womens Basketball Player of the Week after she helped lead Worcester State to a 2-0 week with a pair of conference victories over Fitchburg State and Worcester State. George was also tabbed to the New England Womens Basketball Association Team of the Week on the honor roll.
