Justin Daniels begins his second year coaching at Worcester State after having success anchoring the offensive line as a player. Coach Daniels, a 2000 graduate of the University of Greenwich in London, played for several club football teams while living in the United Kingdom.

With the London O's, Coach Daniels helped the squad capture UK National Championships in 1997, 1998 and 1999. Also in 1999, Daniels helped the Huntfordshire Hurricanes capture the UK College National Championship. In 2004, Coach Daniels won a UK Divisional title with the Kent Exiles and he was also named the team's offensive linemen of the year award as well. After the season, Daniels moved to the United States in 2004.
