WESTFIELD, Mass. -- For the second straight week and the third time this season, Worcester State junior Drew Fotller (Chelmsford, Mass.) has been named the Massachusetts State College Athletic Confernece (MASCAC) Runner of the Week. 

Fottler finished 17th overall in a field of 225 runners at the Suffolk Invitational on Saturday. The junior harrier ran the 8K course in a time of 26:27, and was the top finishing MASCAC student-athlete in the race. His efforts helped the Lancers to a ninth place finish out of 23 teams.

The Lancers are off this weekend before taking the course for the MASCAC Championships at the Doyle Conservation Area in Leominster on October 30.
