Lisi begins her fourth year as an assistant coach of the Lancers. A 2007 graduate of Worcester State, Lisi had a standout collegiate softball career patrolling centerfield.

After transferring from the University of Rhode Island in her sophomore year, Lisi was garnered on the All-MASCAC First-Team in 2004, 2005 and 2006. In 82 career games, Lisi ended her Lancer career hitting .368 hitter in the leadoff or second spot in the order while she tallied 105 hits, five home runs, 38 RBIs, 68 runs, and 23 stolen bases. In her senior season, Lisi was distinguished as the Female Athlete of the Year award at Worcester State's Athletics Awards Banquet.

Lisi walked across the stage with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a concentration in Chemistry.
