Westfield, MA --- Junior Kara Antrim (Rowley, MA) took in 15th (20:00) and first-year Maura Withington (Walpole, MA) crossed the line in 25th (20:53) to help lead the Worcester State women's cross country team to a seventh place finish at the New England Alliance Championships, with members of both the MASCAC and Little East Conference competing in the 5k event held at Stanley Park.
Keene State repeated as champions with 25 points while Westfield took second (61) and the Southern Maine tallied third (84) while the Lancers
Freshman Meghan Plant (Franklin, MA) notched 47th with a time of 7:05 while classmate Rachel Sullivan (Ipswich, MA) recorded 62nd place (22:40). Junior Adrienne Fisher (Wilmington, MA) rounded out the field for Worcester State with a 108th finish (26:35).
The Lancers will finish of their season when they will compete at the ECAC Championships at the 6k Colt State Park Course in Bristol, RI.
