IWLCA DIII Academic Honor Roll
WORCESTER, Mass. - The Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has named the Worcester State University Women’s Lacrosse team to its 2017-18 IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Roll. The Lancers were one of 339 Division I, II, III and NAIA schools who earned the honor by posting a team GPA of over 3.0 for the year.
Additionally, senior Alexa Harvey (Attleboro, MA) earned IWLCA Academic Honor Roll honors for Division III for earning an overall cumulative GPA over 3.5. This is the second time that Harvey has earned this honor as she was named to last year’s squad as well.
Excelling in the classroom, the Lancers logged an overall team GPA of 3.04 and 8 members of the team landed on the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) All-Academic team with at least a 3.2 GPA.
