Men's Cross Country Finishes 31st At UMass Dartmouth Invitational

 

N. Dartmouth, MA --- Sophomore Pat Daley (Millbury, MA) timed 28:34 for 180th place out of 293 entrants to help pace Worcester State to a 31st place finish at the UMass Dartmouth Shriners Invitational this afternoon.

Bridgewater State's Stephen Wahome (Lowell, MA) was the top finisher as the Lancers had the third-best finish in the MASCAC out of 39 teams.

Sophomore Patrick Bova (Princeton, MA) added 193rd (28:58 followed by junior Connor O'Neill (Webster, MA) and sophomore Wesley Hebert (Leominster, MA) who came in 206th (29:30) and 207th (29:31), respectively.

Second-year Adam Pepin (Paxton, MA) tacked on 236th (30:26)and freshman Marc George (Framingham, MA) rounded out the group with a time 30:29, just three seconds off of Pepin's time in 238th.

Next week the Lancers will host the Worcester City Meet at Moore State Park in Paxton, MA.
