Talbot takes Top Spot at UMass-Dartmouth Invitational

Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Men's Cross-Country team travelled after an expected storm delay pushed the match back a day later than expected at UMass-Dartmouth. The meet, initially scheduled for Saturday, September 16th, was moved to the following day to ensure the best course possible as the area was faced with the threat of Hurricane Lee. Senior Matt Talbot (Belchertown, MA) was again the first runner across for the Lancers for the second meet in a row this season.

Coming in behind Talbot was first year Jacksen Bolduc (Auburn, MA). Coming in on their tales was sophomores Alex Matasuyasu (Newton, MA) and Andrew Talbot's (Wilmington, MA).

Official times are still being verified and will be added as they are received.

The Lancers are back in action on September 30th, when they head north to Keene State for the Keene State invitational.
