Dan Balk joined the Lancer coaching staff in the fall of 2024. In addition to extensive experience coaching club baseball, he has served as the head coach at two high schools — Codman Academy Charter School and Beaver Country Day. At Beaver, he was named the Eastern Independent League Coach of the Year in 2022.

He graduated from University of Rochester in 2009 where he was a pitcher on the baseball team.
