
Worcester, MA- Worcester State Men’s Basketball sophomore, Aaron Nkrumah (Worcester, MA), was named Player of the Week for the MASCAC for the fourth time this season after leading the Lancers to their eighth conference win and helping them to remain undefeated in MASCAC play.
Nkrumah recorded a double-double at Bridgewater State on Saturday with 30 points and 11 rebounds to go along with his three steals and block to helped lead the Worcester over the Bears with a final score of 75-72. Nkrumah shot 50% from the field, going 13-26 in the game. Nkrumah currently has scored 353 points on the season with 155 rebounds, 44 assists, 21 blocks and 51 steals for Worcester State.
The Lancers are back in action on Wednesday when they travel to Westfield State for a 5:30pm tip off.
