Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Women’s soccer team’s sophomore Mallory Dupuis (Leominster, MA) received this week’s conference defensive player of the week. The Lancers completed a 1-0-1 week that saw them grab their first conference win on Saturday evening.
Dupuis stopped 13 shots with a .867 save percentage and 1.00 GAA in a 1-0-1 week for the Lancers. Made 10 saves in the 0-0 tie with Salve Regina and blocked three more in the 4-2 win over Fitchburg State.
Also being recognized this week as an honorable mention for the Lancers was fellow sophomore Erin Condon (East Bridgewater, MA), who registered a goal and an assist in the Lancers 4-2 win over Fitchburg State.
Worcester State returns to action Wednesday when they journey to Western Connecticut for a 6pm first touch.
