WESTFIELD, Mass. - Freshman Madison Brennan (Pomfret, Conn.), a member of the Worcester State University women’s lacrosse team, is this week’s MASCAC Rookie Of the Week, brought to you by GEICO.

Brennan netted six goals with eight draw controls and a caused turnover in a 1-1 week for the Lancers. She scored the game-tying goal with under 10 minutes left in the 7-6 win over Smith College. Brennan also scored five goals, including the game-tying goal with 27 seconds left in regulation, with five draws and a caused turnover in the 15-14 overtime setback to Western Connecticut State University.

Brennan and the Lancers will be back in action tomorrow, March 26 in a non-conference game against Curry College beginning at 4:00 pm.
