Eight teams are in action this weekend, starting with Saturday morning's 11 AM women's soccer game as they take on Nazereth in the opening round of the NCAA Division III Tournament.

Also on Saturday, Football tries to vie for a spot in the postseason with a 12 PM game against Framingham State as they try to hand the Rams their first MASCAC defeat of the season.

Women's Volleyball makes their first ECAC Division III Tournament Semifinals appearance in 29 years when the Lancer six play second-seeded Salve Regina at 1 PM. Should the Blue and Gold advance to the tournament finals, they will take on the winner of the top-seed and host Western New England-#4 Endicott in a game that will feature live video.

In the evening, the men's basketball team starts off their 2014-15 campaign in the Wesleyan Tip-Off Tournament taking on Becker in a 5 PM matchup while the women's basketball team tries to capture the Worcester City Tournament crown against WPI at Harrington Auditorium.

The ice hockey team will also host Fitchburg State at 7 PM in their home opener at the Hart Center on the campus of Holy Cross. 

Look out for men's and women's cross country results in the evening as both squads conclude their 2014 campaign at the NCAA Division III New England Regional qualifier hosted by Williams at Mount Greylock.
