Brad Paulson began roaming the sidelines at Worcester State during the 2017, and was previously a successful offensive coordinator and passing game coordinator at several institutions. He serves as the Lancers' wide receivers coach.

A 2002 graduate at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, Coach Paulson coordinated the passing game from 2001-02. In 2001 he helped coach the Pointers to the WIAC Championship and the second round of the NCAA Division III Football Tournament. In 2003-04 Coach Paulson moved to Anderson University and had more success as their offensive coordinator. From 2003-04 the squad set 28 school records and in 2003 the Ravens led Division III in passing offense (382.6 yards per game) and finished seventh in total offense (470 yards per game).

Coach Paulson had a brief stop as the offensive coordinator at NAIA St. Joseph's College (IN) in 2005 before he moved to Stonehill to take over the reigns as the passing game coordinator from 2006-08. At St. Joseph's, Coach Paulson's offense was ranked 21st nationally and he also helped set six school records. Coach Paulson has also been published in the American Football Monthly.
