Chris Nasis ’97 begins his second year as an assistant coach at Worcester State taking over duties as the quarterbacks coach and special teams coordinator. Coach Nasis also served as an assistant coach in 1998 and again from 2002-04.

In addition to having experience coaching wide receivers at the collegiate level, Coach Nasis was the squads strength and conditioning coach in 1998 and he has coached the offensive line and tight ends while at WSU.

Coach Nasis returned to Worcester State after having helped David Prouty reach the Division II Central Mass Super Bowl in 2010 as an assistant coach. From 2006-09, Coach Nasis was the head coach at his alma mater of Bartlett High in Webster.

Coach Nasis was a standout offensive lineman for Worcester State as he was selected as a team captain in 1996 and 1997. Coach Nasis helped the squad post a three-year mark of 27-6 and earn three consecutive berths to the ECAC Division III Championships from 1995-97. In 1996, the Lancers finished the regular season with a perfect 10-0 record.
