Worcester, MA- After a crucial 2-0 week for the Lancers, Worcester State grabbed another Player of the Week Honor, the second for senior Brandon Goris (Bronx, NY).
Goris -averaged 33.5 points, seven steals, 6.5 rebounds and 5.5 assists while shooting 67.5 percent (27-40) in a 2-0 week for the Lancers. Scored 44 points on 75 percent shooting, including 10 in overtime along with nine rebounds, eight assists and seven steals in the 104-99 win over Salem State. Added 23 points, seven steals, four rebounds and three assist performance in the 99-86 win over Bridgewater State. On the season Goris has recorded 393 points, 77 rebounds, 118 assists with 65 steals.
Worcester State is back in action tomorrow as they head to Framingham State for their last conference road trip of the regular season. Game time is set for 5:30pm.
