Reinstein Receives Second Consecutive MASCAC Men’s Ice Hockey Goalie of the Week Award

WORCESTER, Mass. – Worcester State University's Josh Reinstein (Woodland Hills, Calif.) has earned his second consecutive Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) men's ice hockey goalie of the week award, as announced by the league Monday (Nov. 27) afternoon.

 

This past week, he earned his sixth win of the season stopping 22 shots with a .957 save percentage in the Lancers' 2-1 win against St. Anselm College to help the team improve to 7-0 on the season – one of the greatest starts in school history!

 

He currently holds a .965 save percentage and a 0.75 goals against average thus far on the 2017-18 season.

 

The men's ice hockey team returns to the ice on Thursday (Nov. 30) when they host UMass Dartmouth in a 7 p.m. MASCAC game at the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center.
