Strong 4x400 Relay Leads Men's Indoor Track & Field At ECACs
 

New York, NY --- The 4x400 meter relay team of junior Jon Parrella (Wilmington, MA), sophomores Kevin Maciel (Tewksbury, MA) and Ramses Rafael (Lawrence, MA) along with freshman Stephen Gannon (Mansfield, MA) placed sixth (3:23.07) to help lead the men's indoor track and field team to 56th place at the ECAC Division III Championships this afternoon at the NYC Armory.

Freshman Duy Truong (Worcester, MA/Doherty) paced the field with 10th in the long jump (6.77m/22-02.50) as junior Todd Paquin (Pelham, NH) timed 12th in the 200 meters (22.75) before placing 25th in the long jump (6.45m/21-2).

Third-year Harrison McCann (Rutland, MA) had a toss of 11th in the weight throw (15.75m/51-0) and sophomore Andrew Johnson (Thompson, CT) cleared 1.87 meters (6-01.50) to tie for 13th.

The 4x800 meter relay team of juniors Kerry Sabanty (Stoughton, MA), Tim Mazeika (Millbury, MA) and Greg Babiec (Worcester, MA/Doherty) along with freshman Patrick Bova (Princeton, MA) wrapped up the meet with 16th (8:05.87).

This meet concludes the indoor season for the men's track and field team.
