Salem, MA --- The Worcester State Lancers scored three second half goals en route to a 4-2 Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC) victory over the Lady Vikings at Alumni Field.

The Lady Vikings conclude their season with a record of 12-4-1 overall and 3-4 against MASCAC opponents.

The Lancers (11-5-1 overall; 5-2 MASCAC) received scoring strikes from four different players and nine saves from goalkeeper Rachael Armenti (W. Bolyston, MA). Katelyn Bonetti (Plymouth, MA) staked the visitors to a 1-0 lead prior to freshman SSC freshman Jennifer Surabian (Saugus, MA) tying the contest with just 3:17 to go before halftime.

WSC would play like gangbusters in the second half, scoring three times to decide the contest. Nikki Scott (Berlin, MA) at 48:44, Tiffany Rotatori (Auburn, MA) at 65:15 and Sarah Connors (Gardner, MA) at 81:00 found the back of the SSC net. Freshman Jackie Gauthier (Danvers, MA) accounted for SSC's second goal when she buried a penalty kick opportunity late in the second half. Freshman goalkeeper Leah Potcner (Wilmington, MA) made eight stops for the Lady Vikings.
