Worcester, MA- After overtaking the Framingham Rams 1-0, women's soccer resulted in a triumphant week. Sophomore goalie, Ella Guimmey (Douglas, MA) had 6 saves on the game with 0.00 GA and was awarded MASCAC Defensive Player of the Week. Her teammate, rookie Ava Chevalier (Brimfield, MA) netted two points in the game including the game-winning goal. Chevalier was awarded MASCAC Rookie of the Week for her contributions to their victory.
Worcester Women’s Soccer (6-5-2) is back in action on Saturday at home against Salem State at 2:30pm.
