Worcester, MA --- Worcester State swept Anna Maria this afternoon, 9-0, in Women's Tennis action to improve to 3-5 on the season while the AMCATS remain winless at 0-7.
Brittney Cullen (Milford, MA), Ashley Perkins (Worcester, MA), Albana Xhmollari (Worcester, MA), Nicole Sellner (N. Attleboro, MA), Danielle Lehman (Westminster, MA) and Amy Mach (Springfield, MA) each captured singles wins. Cullen teamed up with Xhemollari, Perkins along with Sellner and Lehman in addition to Jessica Sargent (Clinton, MA) produced three doubles wins for the Lancers.
Worcester State will head south to UMass Dartmouth for a 3:30 PM match on Wednesday while Anna Maria will try for their first win against Pine Manor at 3:30 on Thursday.
