Leelle was born in Springfield, Mass...is majoring in biology at Worcester State with a minor in chemistry...the daughter of Bruce and Lynn Tyler...has three siblings, Amanda, Bruce, and Lyssa...sister Amanda played volleyball at Eastern Connecticut State, and sister Lyssa plays lacrosse at Yale...chose Worcester State for the close-knit community and campus size

Leelle is a 2018 graduate of Longmeadow High School in Longmeadow, Mass...competed in four years of varsity volleyball and outdoor track & field and three years of varsity indoor track & field for the Lancers...captained all three teams...won a Western Massachusetts Championship in volleyball as a sophomore...three-time Western Massachusetts champion in the 100-meter hurdles...recipient of the 2018 Longmeadow Outstanding Female Athlete award and Longmeadow Offensive Volleyball Player of the Year
