Worcester, MA --- Junior Kara Antrim (Rowley, MA) notched fifth (20:53) to help pace Worcester State's fourth place finish at the Tri-State Invitational at CCRI on Saturday morning. WPI took the top spot with 34 points while RIC took second with 88 and Johnson and Wales scored 98. WSC finished with 105 points overall.
Freshman Maura Withington (Walpole, MA) recorded an 11th (21:29) place finish while classmates Meg Plant (Franklin, MA) and Rachael Sullivan (Ipswich, MA) took 20th (22:09) and 32nd (23:14), respectively. Junior Adrienne Fisher (Wilmington, MA) recorded 52nd while freshman Rachael Baker (Mystic, CT) took home 70th (25:44) to round out the finishers for the Lancers.
Worcester State will take the week off and run again at Emmanuel on 10/17.
