WORCESTER, Mass. -- Worcester State University junior forward Emily Pavoni (Granby, Mass.) has been selected as the Eastern Collegiate Hockey Alliance (ECHA) Player of the Week.

Pavoni picked up two goals on two shots, recording two points on the 0-2-0 week for the Lancers. Pavoni notched the team's lone score against Utica College and followed it up with a second score against the Huskies of the University of Southern Maine the following night. The multi-goal week marked a career high for Pavoni.   

Appearing in all 14 games for the Lancers, Pavoni has scored four goals and one assist for 5 points. 

She and the Lancers will be back on the ice tonight at 7:00 PM when they take on Curry College at Canton Ice House.
