Worcester State Women’s Volleyball Claims its First-Ever MASCAC Tournament Championship
November 04, 2017WORCESTER, Mass. – For the first time ever, the Worcester State University women’s volleyball team has been crowned the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) tournament champions as the first seeded Lancers downed the fifth seeded Bridgewater State Bears by a score of 3-0 in the semifinal round, and then defeated the Framingham State Rams by a score of 3-1 in the championship round. -

November 04, 2017For the first time since 1986, the Worcester State Lancers claimed the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Volleyball Regular Season Title and the top spot in the conference tournament. The Lancers host Bridgewater State on Saturday (Nov. 4) at 2:30pm in the MASCAC semifinal game.
